Cristina Trifon
Bio:
I’m Cristina Trifon and I live in the woods of the Northeast with my husband and our two dogs. I was born and raised in Ecuador but I’ve spent my entire adult life living abroad. I attended university in Germany and ended up continuing my studies, working and living there for about 12 years. I have a background in literature and cultural studies, and an affinity for education and mentoring students. I worked as an Admissions Counselor and then as the Head of Undergraduate Student Recruitment at an international university in Germany, until we moved to the US some years ago where I started working as a College Counselor at a boarding school. I am excited to bring all my experience on both sides of the college admissions process to our students at iAchieve. When I am not in the woods with my dogs or working with a student, I am most definitely making art in my studio. I am a beadworker, ceramicist and basket weaver and find the greatest joy in making things with my hands. Otherwise, you will probably find me behind a book.
